    This is such an excellent list Shelly. I agree that small challenges are much better than sweeping resolutions and that is my approach for 2022. Small, weekly challenges that will help me appreciate the simple things in life. I will be writing about them every Sunday on my blog. We’ll see how that goes.

    great tips. picking up a new hobby is a must. even if we are done with school doesn’t mean that we can’t learn to do something new that we could potentially enjoy

    These are so good! This year I definitely want to focus on my health, both physical and mental, and maybe spend the first quarter decluttering and organizing things better.
    I love that you’re taking up piano! I grew up in a musical family and now my son is in piano lessons. We just bought him a starter keyboard, too. I’d love to hear about your journey in this ❤️

    I don’t tend to bother with new year’s resolutions. I think we just expect too much of ourselves.

      It’s so funny how self care is such a basic thing but we always put it to the side. I hope you implement some dates with yourself this year!

    This is a GREAT list and it’s reminding me to do things like DECLUTTER and pick up knitting again (I seriously love knitting lol) and give gratitude to my blessings! I go through my phone or whatsapp every 4 months or so and see who I can cut lol it sounds terrible but I hate the feeling of holding on to people who no longer put the same effort into the function of our mutual friendship.. so be it!

    This is such a good idea. I hate resolutions as it immediately makes me think of the pressure to succeed and feeling like a failure if we don’t keep it up. A declutter always makes me feel better after doing it so doing it annually as a refresh sounds like a great plan 😊

    What a great list! I don’t do resolutions as I try to be the best of myself all through the year. Declutter is a good one, this has helped me feel more clearer recently!
